Our Returns & Exchange Policy has been created with these principles in mind. It’s really very simple. If we send you a product that is damaged in transit then we will either send you a replacement or give you a full refund, provided you do the following:

• Refuse to take delivery of the shipment if you can see that it has been visibly damaged or is incomplete; or
  
• Inform us within 2 days of taking delivery if you find that your shipment has been damaged or is incomplete upon opening the packaging.

Upon receiving your message, we may ask for further details which could include photos of the damaged item and / or packaging. Please provide us all information that will help us make a speedy decision and keep that beautiful smile on your face :)
